Information we collect
Dolix aims to collect, store, and process as little information as possible. In this section, we describe what information either provided by you or retrieved about you from third parties is used in the Service.
Authorized access to the Website
To access the control panel on our Website, you must log in with a third-party Discord account, in which case you authorize us to collect and store the following information:
- Your Discord ID, username and avatar URL;
- The IDs, names, and icon URLs of the servers you are a member of and your roles and permissions on those servers;
- An encrypted pair of authorization tokens of your account to refresh the above information periodically.
Dolix stores this data short-term and deletes it sometime after you leave the Website until you log in again. To enable the Service to recognize your repeat visits, we also create a session cookie according to our Cookie Policy with a unique token to retrieve the stored information about your account.
If you are unsatisfied with how we handle your data, you can request its deletion at any time by directly contacting the Owner with the details specified in this document. Furthermore, you are ultimately in control of how much access you grant us, and you can change it at any time by adjusting the "Authorized apps" settings of your Discord account.

Dolix also collects and stores some public information we retrieve from Discord when you add the bot to your community, including:
- The ID and locale of the server;
- The IDs and names of all roles and channels in the server;
- The IDs of members who have interacted with the bot at least once.
Furthermore, to enable specific features, Dolix may collect other accessible information about your server, including but not limited to:
- Presences, voice states, and activities of interacting members;
- The lists of bans, emojis, stickers, and events;
- Contents and reactions of messages;
- Invite links.
This information is generally not stored in the Service, and it is usually explicitly specified or clearly recognizable from the feature description in the control panel when particular data is required.
Information provided by Users
In some cases, including the Service configuration in the control panel, you may be asked to provide some information yourself. If you choose to do so, we guarantee that we will only use it for its intended purpose, as explained elsewhere. However, if declared public, we cannot prevent such data from being exploited by other users in a manner that may violate this Policy, the law, or your personal privacy.
